Traffiocon – Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering to attend Traffiocon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration Confirmation Your registration is confirmed once your ticket has been successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person within your organisation. Please notify the Traffio team prior to the event so attendee details can be updated. The best way is via email at marketing@traffio.com

Cancellations If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the Traffio team as soon as possible. Failure to cancel may result in a charge.

The 2024 event was a great success, however given the event is free to customers, we found that on the day a significant number of registered guest did not attend, and did not cancel their seat to help open it up to the waitlist we had. Which is why we have made the decision to place a charge on no shows - of course tdiscretion will be applied.

Part of our T and Cs for this event is that you are welcome to cancel your seat up to 48 hours before the event at no cost. If you cancel within 47 hours - 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the ticket fee $175. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, you will be charged the full fee of $350.

Event Changes Traffio reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, schedule, or venue if required. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees where possible.

Event Cancellation In the unlikely event that Traffiocon is cancelled, Traffio will notify all registered attendees and provide further information.

Traffiocon – Event Attendance Terms & Conditions

By attending Traffiocon, you agree to the following:

Professional Conduct Traffiocon is a professional industry event. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, and event staff.

Photography and Filming Photography and video may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in Traffio communications, social media, and marketing materials.

Liability Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Traffio will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event except where required by law.

Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own personal property. Traffio will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.

Health and Safety Attendees must comply with any venue health and safety requirements and follow instructions from event staff where necessary.
