From Local to Global, Traffio's Team Growth!

Over the past few years, Traffio has seen what feels like non-stop momentum building in both software reach and team growth. This year in particular, Traffio has expanded into more new regions, strengthening its position as a global platform supporting industries that manage people, fleet, and plant. Operations now span across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Zimbabwe, and most recently South Africa, with each market encouraging more development and changes that make Traffio even more adaptable for current and future customers! There is a growing demand for streamlined operational management as costs around the world continue to increase. While small adjustments are made for local needs, the Traffio has proven consistently effective across all the industries being served, while opening opportunities for new industries and markets.


Traffio’s global growth has been matched by steady expansion within the team. Nine new members joined the team in the past twelve months, including the addition of new roles in Customer Success, Marketing and Sales. Several milestones in the business have also been celebrated, with Kat McDevitt reaching five years at Traffio, joining Rob Hindle and Scott Yeomans who have already ticked off half a decade at Traffio, now celebrating their sixth year with the business. There are also other significant milestones including Dave Spencer and Bella Hu marking three years. With the number of team members having now passed the five and six-year mark, reflecting demonstrates both Traffio’s stability and its ability to foster and develop long-term careers. The culture remains a defining strength to this success: people are employed and empowered to do the work they are hired to do, supported by a strong team dynamic and shared values that continue to guide decision-making as the business scales. The team also has flexibility to ensure their lives outside of work are nurtured, while also ensuring there is fun to be had when time allows. 

Customers have responded positively across all regions, with feedback consistently highlighting the ways Traffio helps streamline operations, reduces complexity, supports compliance and safety, while the team is always ready to help via raised tickets and the Help Desk -  meaning customers speak to real team members.

Traffio’s local partnerships are building across the globe supporting further growth and local involvement, with Traffio understanding the importance of local support and investment, reflecting one of the key Values in the business being “It’s bigger than just us”.


Looking ahead, the focus is on sustaining this momentum. Expansion into new regions will be paired with a continued commitment to helping customers grow in operational efficiency, to help reduce costs, carbon footprints, and to become more streamlined. The past twelve months have shown what’s possible when growth, culture, and customer success move in step, and the future promises even greater impact.
