This week the Traffio team welcomed Year 11 student Travis Anderson from Hawkesdale P-12 College. Travis joined Traffio for a week of work experience with the Marketing Team (Tara and Trinh) and the team are so happy to report he made the most of every moment.

Hailing from country Victoria, Travis traded in regional life for a taste of the city and instantly embraced the change. He arrived ready to jump in, bringing curiosity, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to learn. He surprised the team early with a solid foundation already under his belt from his part-time role at Fitzmedia Productions, where he's hands-on with cameras at sporting events and takes part in some editing and production.
But from Monday Travis was quick to get to work.
As part of Traffio's value "Its bigger than just us", giving back to community is key, whether with time, donations or opportunities. Whenever there is a work experience student (or intern) at Traffio, there is always one key goal. The students should have a project they can work on, and walk away saying "I did that at Traffio". And for Travis this was no exception,
Tasked with producing a behind-the-scenes video titled Inside Traffio, Travis led the project from concept through to final cut. He developed a question list, scouted office filming locations, and conducted interviews with the Traffio team, helping the camera conscious team members feel more comfortable and confident.
His friendly, easygoing nature made collaboration seamless, and his eye for shot was clear.
Over the course of the week, Travis not only filmed and edited two high-quality versions of the video (one for YouTube and one tailored for social media) but also joined in on team activities, lunches and participated in meetings, including with Traffio friend Si-Yu Zhang - Film Maker and Netflix Art Director, who shared some real industry insights for his bright future ahead!.

His final videos were polished, well-paced, and perfectly captured the Traffio culture.
Travis didn’t just complete his work experience—he owned it. His effort and attitude, left a real impression on the marketing team, and we can’t wait to see where he takes his skills next.
